Flat Rock's Reading Party is coming up on May 7th from 11:15-3:10. Yay!!! We expect about 350-400 students to attend, so we need as many volunteers as possible.

For 6th grade parents who are new to Flat Rock, the reading party takes place out on the football field. There will be inflatable jumps, a rock wall, games, concessions, and more! To be able to attend students must have met their reading goal and met their growth goal on the SRI Lexile test.

The volunteer time frame is 11:15-3:15. To operate, the party requires that at least 25 adults are present at all times, so we need as many volunteers as possible! Please email the media specialist, Cassie Upshaw, at upshaw.cassie@mail.fcboe.org to let her know what time you will be able to help at the event. Your help is greatly appreciated! It is a fun event for all!"
